Anthony Edward Visconti (born April 24, 1944) is an American record producer and sometimes a musician or singer. He is often associated with working on albums by glam rockers T.Rex and David Bowie and more lately Kristeen Young. Since the late 1960s, he has worked with an array of notable performers, including Tyrannosaurus Rex, U2, the Moody Blues, Mary Hopkin (Visconti's wife), Thin Lizzy, Ralph McTell, Sparks, Gentle Giant, Semi Precious Weapons
